Hello friends, 

Here we are, celebrating another season of crisp air and wild waves along our beautiful coastline. Speaking of which, in case you haven’t heard, Freeline celebrated 50 years in business last July!!! Imagine that. John Mel aka Dapa, a young man, following his dreams in the pursuit of life as a beach bum. 

All jokes aside, we are supremely stoked for his accomplishment. 

If not for his dream, this letter would not be the top of your reading list today.

No time like the present to pull out all the sleigh bells and thistles for our Freeline crew.

Many have come and gone, some are back for the holiday and summer.

While others will stay all year long. A few even following the barefoot steps of Dapa. 

Serving customers for many decades at our community-built & community-based surf shop.
